Steve Hodges, CFSP – VP of Sales
Steve has been in the foodservice business for nearly 45 years with the past 30 years as a manufacturer’s rep. Steve has a Master’s Degree in Restaurant and Hotel Management from Purdue University and is a Level 1 CFSP. Prior to joining Phoenix Marketing, Steve was the principal of Genesis Marketing Group covering Indiana and central Illinois.
Tom O’Brien – Ohio, Western PA & West Virginia
Tom has 30 years of experience as a Manufacturer’s Representative in the FoodService Industry. Tom has been with Phoenix Marketing for 10 years and obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toledo.

Kimberly Ford, CFSP – Director of Marketing & Operations Manager
Kimberly has worked with Phoenix Marketing in several capacities including Management of Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and Inside Sales since joining the team in 2010. Prior to the food service industry Kimberly spent 15 years in banking, most recently as an Assistant Vice President for BMO Harris Bank.  Kimberly studied business management at Indiana University, she is a level III CFSP and ServSafe Certified.
Chef Jeff White, CFSP, CEC – Corporate Chef – Sales
Jeff joined Phoenix Marketing in 2013 as Corporate Chef. Jeff has been involved with food service sales in many capacities since 1999 and is a level III CFSP. Jeff obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Johnson & Wales University and is an active member of the American Culinary Federation.  Prior to joining Phoenix Marketing, Jeff spent several years working with a leading food service equipment manufacturer as a regional sales manager.

Melinda Scheuneman, CFSP – Territory Manager – Indiana & Michigan
Graduating from Ball State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Melinda spent her first eight years in the foodservice industry at Lincoln Foodservice Products. During her tenure at Lincoln she was responsible for the marketing and product management for both equipment and smallwares. Transitioning to the rep side of the business in 2012, she has spent the last three years managing Indiana and western Michigan territories for various foodservice manufacturers.  Melinda is a level III CFSP.

Dave Wilson – Senior Support Specialist
Dave spent his first 4 years in the FoodService Industry at the dealer level in both sales and operations. From there, Dave spent 7 years with Genesis Marketing Group as a Manufacturer’s Rep and handled accounts in Indiana and Central Illinois. Dave joined Phoenix Marketing in May of 2014.  Prior to this industry Dave held positions in Sales Management at the manufacturer level.
Jessica Frankhouse – Territory Manager – Michigan
Jessica started in the Food Service Industry 7 years ago as a Sales Account Manager in a dual role with Alto-Shaam and Unified Brands where she was embedded inside a local dealership to be the product specialist for her represented brands. Jessica more recently was the Business Development Manager at Alto-Shaam covering the entire thirteen-state central region. Jessica joined Phoenix Marketing in 2016 and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.

A Columbus native with over a decade of experience in restaurants, Amber was born and raised in Dublin, Ohio where she currently resides.

Chris joined Phoenix Marketing in 2016. He is a classically trained chef with a degree from The Culinary Institute of America. He also has his Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Chris has over 30 years of experience in the foodservice industry ranging from working as an Executive Chef, Marketing Associate, Regional Sales Manager, and Manufacturer’s Representative.

Greg Seigel, CFSP – Senior Customer Service Specialist
Greg has been in the food service industry in several capacities for over 35 years. Greg sold food service equipment to independents as well as healthcare, correctional and school accounts for over 23 years at the dealer level before joining Phoenix Marketing in 2016. Greg attended Ball State University to pursue a degree in English and is a level III CFSP.
Sammi Goff – Major Accounts Specialist
Sammi joined Phoenix Marketing in early 2017 and has spent the past 15 years in the food service industry in various segments. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University and is a customer service extraordinaire. She is passionate about her work and the Indianapolis Colts
Chef Carl Fazio – Corporate Chef – Territory Manager
Carl joined Phoenix Marketing in the summer of 2017. He has worked in the foodservice industry for his entire career. Carl has 25 years of culinary experience and has been an Executive Chef at several country clubs in the Pittsburgh area. He was also the owner and chef of The Historical Stone House Restaurant and Inn. Carl’s career includes time spent with leading food and foodservice equipment distributors. Carl loves to cook for his family and friends and volunteer at his church.

Robert Tribfelner – Manufacturers Rep
Bob graduated from Central Michigan University with both his Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing in 2008, followed by his Master’s degree in 2014. He spent his first 8 years in the industry on the manufacturers side of the business where he worked for Unified Brands in several roles from 2009-2014. Over the past 3 years he was with Southbend Commercial Food Equipment as the Vice President of Regional Sales for the East Coast. Prior to his time in the food industry he spent 12 years at Frito-Lay.
